Types of Courses
Instructor-Led Courses available in-person or online, offering direct interaction with instructors through forums and online meetings.
Multiple session courses are found with the instructor lead courses where a course might run for a couple of months and then another session of the same course runs a couple
of months later. With this you have the ability:
- To set dates for registration and session run time*
- Assign an instructor
- Set prices and capacity for Students and Auditors*
- Establish a forum for the session and the rules around it
- Set up meetings for the session*
- Setup session restrictions for groups*

Multi Language Our system offers comprehensive multilingual capabilities, allowing end users to navigate the entire public facing platform, including courses and all slide details, in
multiple languages.
Course Setup Options
Certificates Can be selected by course; we can opt to show the certificate publicly and set a time frame for the validity of the certificate as well.
Course reviews Ability to turn on a course review form for a course along with the ability to always show the feedback form or showing it after the course has been completed. There
is an entire section of the Course area to display the feedback items received.
Course and Session level custom fields Ability to add custom fields that can be used to display information on the Public Course details screen that might be specific to your organization
and the courses you offer.

Speakers and Instructors Our system has an area where every speaker and Instructor can have their own profile so when their name is clicked on the public screen it appears with a
nice professional summary of who they are.
Course Grouping and Restrictions Many ways to group the courses as well as create private courses for distinct groups of people.
Course Level Passing Criteria Attendance only option, Manual marking (Common with Instructor lead courses) or Automated Marking Based on an established passing score and quiz slides setup in a course.
Course Content Customization
Sections - In any given course the user can setup different sections to hold the slides that will make up the course. It could be as simple as intro, content and quiz sections to a course
that holds multiple weeks or modules with many different slides in each section. Sections can be setup to roll out after so many days after the start date of a course and a notification can be sent to the
participants in preparation of this release of data.
Slide Minimum Time – Minimum time can be setup on the slide, or it can be based on a video or audio files run time.
Shared Slide Library - Slides can be setup and pulled from a Shared Library for sides that are going to be used in many courses. i.e. Technical Instructions.
Creation of Slides
- Ability to set them as part of the screen, Pre course or post course,
- Ability to lock slides and sections until a slide is completed
